The Committee’s advocacy work includes the coordination and the drafting of joint statements to UN agencies and commissions. We strive for a focused impact on Geneva UN bodies: HRC, ILO, WHO, and CEDAW and the Commission on the Status of Women in New York, as we cooperate with our sister Committees in New York and Vienna and support the work of UN Women, to influence global policy. The work of the Committee is organized through thematic priorities and initiatives that are supported by the NGO CSW Geneva Task Forces.
