Member of SOROPTIMIST INTERNATIONAL (SI) since 1994. SI is a global volunteer movement, its network in 120 countries works at a local, national and international level to educate, empower and enable opportunities for women and girls. SI was granted ECOSOC General Consultative Status in 1984.
SI REPRESENTATIVE at the UN in Geneva since 2020: participation at Human Rights Council general sessions, Regional Forums on Sustainable Development for the UNECE region, UNCTAD15 Civil Society Forum and other events open to Civil Society where we can share our experience and advocate for women and girls.

By strengthening relationships with NGOs and by providing a platform for strategy development, the NGO Committee on Ageing, Geneva, works to further the UN’s mission of building a society for all ages, raise awareness on ageing and intergenerational issues and ensure that they are adequately addressed.

NGO CSW Geneva is a strategic platform for NGO’s with consultative status with ECOSOC for the advancement of human rights and the empowerment of women. It facilitates the activities of its member organizations, in support of the United Nations and its goals and with Member States, for gender equality and the empowerment and defense of the rights of women and girls across the globe.
